Last day for discounts and exhibit space allocation based on point values is Friday, January 27, 2012. All exhibit spaces contracted for after Friday, January 27, 2012, will be based on availability.

Last day to order exhibit space at $2,600 per exhibit ($1,200 per table top) is Friday, October 14, 2011.
Last day to order exhibit space at $2,800 per exhibit ($1,400 per table top) is Friday, January 27, 2012.
Exhibit space order is $3,000 per exhibit ($1,600 per table top) after Friday, January 27, 2012..
A signed Exhibit Order Form and minimum 50% deposit must be received prior to the corresponding dates to get the respective discounts.
