The 2012 EMC Symposium in Pittsburgh has two hotels to offer the attendees. The Westin Pittsburgh, which is the headquarter hotel and connected to the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, and the alternate hotel the Omni William Penn two blocks away from the Convention Center (3 minute walk). Both of the hotels are offering rooms at the a pre-negotiated group rate for the IEEE 2012 EMC Symposium and also have a few prevailing GSA rate rooms for those attendees that are traveling on behalf of their government agency.  Come early or stay late: all the hotels have agreed to extend their rates to 3 days before and after the symposium based on their respective availability.
